Shop and market
Use Shop for essence, extra fights and a season pass. Use Market to buy or sell cards for USDC. Wallet purchases need ETH for network fees.
What the shop sells
| Item | Default USDC price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Junk essence | 1 | XP food for an Epic, Legendary or Mythic card |
| Normal essence | 3 | XP food for an Epic, Legendary or Mythic card |
| Rare essence | 10 | XP food for an Epic, Legendary or Mythic card |
| Epic essence | 40 | XP food for an Epic, Legendary or Mythic card |
| PvE ticket | 0.50 | One extra boss attempt after your free tickets |
| Extra PvP battle | 0.25 → 0.50 → 1 → 2 → 4 | Buy up to five a day, in order; each adds a PvP attempt |
| Season pass | 9.99 | +1 daily free ticket and +5% ranking/participation keys this season |
Live USDC shop prices are read from the game contracts and can differ from these defaults. Read the price on the button and in your wallet before confirming. The current shop uses USDC for essence, PvE tickets and the pass. Extra PvP battles offer USDC or ZOO.
Extra battles are bought one at a time, starting with #1 each UTC day. Using the extra attempts increases the multiplier on your daily ranking keys; buying them alone does not raise your rating or apply that multiplier. See Battles.
Buying and using items
- Connect your wallet and open Shop.
- Choose an item. Approve the payment contract if asked, then confirm the purchase.
- For a PvE ticket, confirm the second transaction that moves it into the game. It costs a network fee, with no second item payment.
Essence stays in your wallet until you feed it in Cards → choose a card → Feed. Feeding can add level fees when the card gains levels. A PvE ticket left in your wallet is not yet a usable game attempt: return to Shop and press Move. Move held tickets before buying more; the shop pauses new PvE ticket purchases until you do. Redeemed tickets cannot be moved back to the wallet.
Boss essence rewards appear under Earned boss essence. Press Claim essence there and confirm in your wallet to receive the item before feeding it. The default claim limit is 20 item units per account per UTC day.
Season pass
The pass covers the current season only, rather than 90 days from purchase. A season lasts 90 days. It adds one free ticket a day, still requiring at least 8 account mining HP, and +5% to ranking and participation keys. It does not add mining HP or increase boss key rewards.
The app shows whether your pass is active. Buying near the end of a season gives fewer remaining days. An active pass does not need another purchase. If the season changes while you are approving payment, refresh and check the new end date before buying.
The current pass includes the ticket and key benefits above. Cosmetic frames and backgrounds are not included.
Sell or buy a card
- Sell: open a card in Cards and choose List. Enter a positive USDC price, approve the market to transfer your cards if asked, then confirm the listing.
- While listed: the card is held by the market contract. It stops mining and cannot fight, be fed or merged.
- Your last card: you must keep at least one card in your wallet. Cards already listed do not count toward that requirement.
- Buy: select a listing on Market, review its price, approve USDC if needed and confirm. You cannot buy your own listing.
- Cancel: cancel an active listing to return the card to your wallet. Cancellation is available even when trading is paused.
A card received through a market purchase or returned after cancellation warms up for 24 hours before mining again. Selling a card deactivates the seller's team that used it. Check Teams after the collection syncs.

| seller | 90% | 89.99999999999999 USDC |
| ZOO buyback fund | 3% | 3 USDC |
| treasury fee | 2% | 2 USDC |
| royalty | 5% | 5 USDC |
The market fee is 5% plus the card's 5% royalty, so the seller receives 90% of the listed price. The buyer pays that listed price plus their network fee. The contract reads the card's royalty receiver when the sale happens.
USDC or ZOO: where it goes

| treasury | 50% | — |
| set aside for ZOO buybacks | 50% | — |
Extra PvP battles paid in ZOO send 40% to ranking prize funds, burn 45% and send 15% to the treasury. The same purchase paid in USDC uses the split above and does not fund the ZOO ranking reserve. Buybacks are separate transactions. See Tokenomics.
This guide describes the current code and its defaults. Some app previews also use defaults; deployed settings can differ. Review the network, amount and action before confirming.
